| PURCHASE PROCEDURE | |

1. Browsing through the "Products" categories (or searching Catalogue) choose the product you would like to purchase. Click on "Add" button to add an item to your Shopping Basket. Use "View Basket" option on the "Shopping" menu to check the item(s) in your shopping basket, change the quantity and/or remove item(s). 2. Use the "Get a Quote" option on the "Shopping" menu to save your shopping basket as a quotation and retrieve it at any time. Also, you can only place an order with us using a valid account. Registration is free and does not bind you with any legal actions. 3. Within one working day you will receive the confirmation of your order (if some items are currently out of stock we'll suggest a similar replacement) and you'll be asked to transfer the amount, specified on the Order Form, to our bank account. 4. The items will be delivered or can be collected within 2 (two) working days after the money are available on our bank account. Free deliveries only apply in Pretoria region. Courier services can be arranged for farther deliveries for an additional fee. |

| WARRANTIES | |

· All components have a one-year carry-in warranty, unless otherwise stipulated. · Consumables carry no warranty. · All components and peripherals are subject to testing before being replaced or repaired. |

| CREDITS | |

· All goods returned for credit must be accompanied by the original invoice. · No software, assembled systems or consumables may be returned for credit. · Goods will only be accepted for credit if they are in their original packaging. · A 10% handling fee will be charged on all goods returned after 48 hours. · No cash refunds will be made for credit passed. |

| FAULTIES | |

· Faulty stock will only be accepted if accompanied by the original invoice. · Components must be returned in anti-static packaging. · Monitors and peripherals must be returned in their original box with all the correct packaging. · Physical damage to any component or peripheral is not covered by the warranty. · Damage due to lightning or power surges are not covered by the warranty. · Goods will be repaired, replaced or credited at our discretion. |

| WARRANTY / SWAPOUTS | |

Goods can only be swapped if they are returned within 7 days after invoice date. We carry extensive stock in our swap-out store & have access to the main store should you need replacement for a faulty item. Please note that any item returned must have an original invoice. Please also note that items not returned in anti-static protective packaging will not be exchanged (most specifically H/drives & RAM). Most items can be exchanged immediately, but please take note of the following: Printers Once the box is opened and the cartridges/ribbon used, the printer cannot be credited or exchanged for a new sealed unit. Certain HP printers can be exchanged, but generally we return the printer to the supplier and they will either repair or replace the unit. The cartridges & manuals & extras will not be exchanged. Turnaround time with printers is around 2-3 days. Fax/Modems These are not covered if damaged by lightning or a power surge. As with other items, 80% of modems returned are actually not faulty, but were not installed correctly (software / com port related). Most of the balance are items damaged by lightning. In order for us to check the modem, we require 24hrs before we can exchange the unit. If you are in a hurry we suggest buying a new modem, and then we can just credit your account if the unit is faulty. Monitors If the monitor is faulty on opening the box, we can replace this immediately (provided it is not physically damaged & has all the packaging). Otherwise, the monitor must be booked in for repair. |
